Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsps Ground Pimento
  • 2 tbsps Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsps Grated Nutmeg
  • 2 tbsps Ground Anise
  • 1 tbsp Ground Dried Orange Peel

Method
 

  1. Mix all spices together and store in a glass jar.

Notes

Notes:
All whole spices are measured after they are ground.
I use fresh nutmeg and grate it on a microplane, this results in light fluffy grated nutmeg which is less dense than store-bought ground nutmeg. If you buy ground nutmeg therefore, measure it scantly.
