Method
- Remove the dough from the cylinder and unroll onto a lightly floured surface.

- Press the cut pieces together to join into one full sheet

- Place the ackee and saltfish on top of the dough

- Spread evenly, try not to smoosh completely but some smashing is inevitable

- Roll the dough up along the short side

- Complete the roll then score 24 pieces. Chill till firm then slice into pinwheels

- Place the pinwheels on an ungreased tray or one lined with parchment.

- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350F.Cool and serve with a dipping sauce if desired

Notes
This is a great way to use up leftover ackee and saltfish!
