Ingredients
  

  • Ackee and saltfish prepared
  • 1 Can Crescent dough

Instructions
 

  • Remove the dough from the cylinder and unroll onto a lightly floured surface.

  • Press the cut pieces together to join into one full sheet

  • Roll the dough up along the short side

  • Complete the roll then score 24 pieces. Chill till firm then slice into pinwheels

  • Place the pinwheels on an ungreased tray or one lined with parchment.

  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350F.
    Cool and serve with a dipping sauce if desired

Notes

This is a great way to use up leftover ackee and saltfish!
