Quick Pickled Peppers
The fastest pickled peppers known to man!
Ingredients
- Thinly sliced long hot peppers or chilis or jalapeños
- Hearty pinch of salt
- Hearty pinch of sugar
- Vinegar as needed
Instructions
- Place sliced chillies in bowl with salt and sugar.
- You’ll need enough vinegar to cover the chillies
- Warm the vinegar and pour it over the chillies.
- Cover and leave till ready to use.
