Quick Pickled Peppers

The fastest pickled peppers known to man!

Ingredients
  

  • Thinly sliced long hot peppers or chilis or jalapeños
  • Hearty pinch of salt
  • Hearty pinch of sugar
  • Vinegar as needed

Instructions
 

  • Place sliced chillies in bowl with salt and sugar.
  • You’ll need enough vinegar to cover the chillies
  • Warm the vinegar and pour it over the chillies.
  • Cover and leave till ready to use.
